What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?
During checkout, you can choose to allow substitutions. If an item is unavailable, we will provide a comparable replacement. If you opt-out of substitutions, you will not be charged for the missing item.
What is your return policy for grocery items?
If you are unsatisfied with a product, please bring the item and your receipt to the Customer Service desk at any Trucchi's location within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.
